Apartamento Plaza Pradollano 1

Location fantastic. When we complained about the towels, more ones were brought quickly. Key pick up at nearby supermarket easy, although the whole building's electricity was down for the first hours of our stay. Owner tried to meet us some of the way with a resolution to our complaint but it took a long time to sort out and spoilt our time in SN.

Photos of the apartment are NOT the actual apartment. It is a mix of photos from different apartments. This apartment has not been upgraded (bathrooms etc.) and the view is not the same. No smoke detectors. No WiFi. Unsafe electrical. Barely any kitchen equipment and some of it dirty. Had to pay extra for sheets and towels. Stained sofa and overall not very clean. Whole place needs an upgrade e.g. bedside light not working, no shower hook, only sheets of white paper to block light from communal hallway; toilet keeps running; loose toilet seat; mouldy ceiling in bathroom.

Excellent location, great value for money

One thing would be that there is an extra charge for towels and bed sheets

Ubicación, espacio social. Robert nos atendió bien y nos dió una buena atención.

Creo que las toallas y paños deberían estar incluidos. La limpieza no estaba muy bien, debajo de muebles había suciedad y juguetes viejos.

No había wifi 🛜 el agua caliente no duró mucho Hay q llevar sábanas y toallas propias

Ninguna pega del alojamiento. Ahora en lo que respecta la plaza de aparcamiento y su acceso dentro del parking tuve que maniobrar bastante (coche ancho).
