White Cozy Flat in Donostia

I liked the location in Amara. We sometimes walked to town, other times took the buses which came frequently.

Sometimes loud outside at night - we had to leave windows open because there was a heat wave. Also only one fan in the house - would recommend one for each bedroom for August stays.

Zona tranquila en la que se podía descansar sin ruido.

La limpieza no estaba mal del todo, aunque se puede mejorar. Algo alejado del centro, aunque eso ayuda a la tranquilidad de la zona.

Ruim appartement en alles was voorhanden. Nabije ligging van supermarkt en bus. Goede bedden en handig dat er 2 badkamers waren.

Moeilijke communicatie met de host waardoor hij ook niet op de afspraak was om de sleutels te overhandigen. Extra aandacht aan wat kleine puntjes zou het verblijf nog wat aangenamer maken: de leeslampjes werkten niet, geen keukenhanddoeken voorhanden

Open airy flat with all that you need for a short break including a nice functional kitchen and allows dogs. You have green areas across the road and all the shopping you need around. Alphonso is very responsive and comes across as a kind host.

It needs a bit of love and updating - the fabric on the sofas was smelling as an example and it was the little things. We would stay again.

Everything was good. Very high quality and great value. Great to have two bathrooms too.

Nothing negative for me. It is 25 minutes walk to the centre but it’s a very pleasant walk indeed. Buses are also plentiful but we didn’t need them.

Spacious & clean. Whilst the apartment was a distance from the central district it was only a short bus away. There was local restaurants nearby and the train was only a short distance. Great having two bathrooms and kitchen with cooking facilities

Reasonably good location

Many light bulbs didn't work. The bathrooms were not clean and shower curtain mouldy. Dirty stains on some of the furniture. The television did not work. Probably the remote needed a new battery. The beds were very soft and the main bed creaked. Dishwasher door fell open and pulled the skirting with it. No kettle. There was an iron but not an ironing board. Nothing to cook on in the oven.

Everything was perfect! Very clean apartment, the owner was very kind and help us in everything ! The bus is very close to the apartment and there is a supermarket next to the building.
