We really liked that the accommodation was in a good location. It was fantastic that the accommodation was on the top floor, so it was bright. We loved the roof terrace and the hot tub. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the host answered all our questions and was very helpful even at late hours. Thank You.

I can't say anything bad. Since we spent hardly any time at the hotel because we visited the beautiful city all day and night, we did not experience anything bad during the few hours we slept and used the bath.

The only real plus is the location, really. It's very close to the city centre and all important locations with a benefit of not being one of the crowded streets. Big plus. But it comes with a cost - it can be very loud at night - we have our windows closed but even then we could hear some noise on Saturday night. Everything else is just a bunch of shady shenanigans.

Shenanigans around the payment: I really have serious doubts if my card was really rejected or the owner just wants to get cash - for some reasons. The flat is dirty. Not like uncleaned but in a way that only vital parts are regularly cleaned. Towels, sheets, stove is fine. But take a closer look and you will find dust rolling around the flat, someone else sock under the bed, mould on the walls and take a closer look at the air condition: it's full of old dirt - probably oil from frying! There was not enough kitchen ware: only basic frying pan (dirty of course - we needed to do the dishes) and even no spatula! Only metal BBQ equipment - I guess someone really thinks it's fine to use it with Teflon frying pan!! Plates were dirty - we could find some hair on it. There are empty electric plugs caskets in the wall with wires sticking out of it - I did not try if it's connected, but good luck to the next person renting the apartment. The balcony/terrace that was one of selling points to me - and I am fine with the pool working only in summer months, that's really fine - but the horrible odour on the terrace is something that makes it unusable - I do not know if it depends on the owner or not - but bear in mind that you might not be able to use the terrace unless your sense of smell is broken. Cheery on a pie: there is no WiFi. No WiFi at all.

Needed a little TLC to make it really good. Stuff flaky paint and black stuff around a/c unit. No smoke alarm which given it is on 4th floor with only one exit is something to think about.
