Great location. With loads of space

Pepe es encantador. La vivienda está mejor que en las fotos y muy bien ubicada, para ir andando a cualquier punto del centro. Muy recomendable.

El apartamento es fabuloso. La ubicación perfecta, a cinco minutos del centro andando y una zona amplia y verde. Decoración cuidada y enseres de gran calidad. Todo un lujo. El dueño, un señor súper agradable y muy pendiente. Seta parada obligatoria a nuestra vuelta a Córdoba

Todo fue de nuestro agrado

* Good location for taking early trains as only 5-minute walk to Cordoba train station. Close to bus stops. There are supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants nearby. A bakery & cafe Ruano's is only one block away with very good prices and vibe. * Quiet, safe, luxurious, very spacious, clean and uniquely decorated apartment with electric blinds. Large kitchen with good facilities including a washing machine. Big terrace with mountain view. * The host Pepe was responsive, friendly, and helpful. He greeted us at the entrance of the building and briefed us all the details about the apartment’s facilities. There was a printed guide with all recommendations on attractions and restaurants. He’s very flexible with both check-in and check-out times.

* However, the host told us upon our arrival that the AC in the apartment was out of order and needed repair the next day. So, it’s a bit hot for the first night when there were only fans available. The repair was finally made as agreed, but the AC was still not sufficient as it’s hot in June 2025.

Large, open-living plan apartment. Beds very comfortable.

Kitchen needed some appliances fixed. Lounge furniture not the most comfortable to sit in.

Excellent facilities and location

Trato excelente. 100% recomendable.

It was clean, spacious with all facilities and everything was working and perfect
