Sehr Nahe zum Surfstrand! Kurzer Spaziergang in die Altstadt. Belebtes Viertel mit vielen netten Lokalen und Shops. Kleiner Supermarkt vis a vis. Wohnung in den Innenhof, daher kein Straßenlärm (aber etwas hellhörig, Nachbarn)

Da alle Fenster in den Innenhof gehen ist die Wohnung etwas finster.

The apartment is located in a great area of San Sebastian, and it has all the accomodations for a comfortable space and it is very secure The area of Gros is extremely close to old town and it has a local touch. It also has an elevator which makes it comfortable if you have luggage

The location is perfect! Close to the conference center and everything was at a walkable distance. There is a grocery store just opposite to the building and loads of restaurants, bars and cafes nearby. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. They kindly provided a cot and a high chair for my toddler.

The noise carries considerably from other apartments. So be aware if you are a light sleeper or have a very small baby. Since it was raining, there was a mouldy smell in the bedroom. I guess from the wood furniture. Also the washing machine had a weird smell.

some noice from apartment upstairs and sensor light on landing didn't always work
