Duplex Amuley Mar

The accommodation is prefect for a family. The pool is really nice and has a lovely sun lounge area. The accommodation is close to a fabulous beach. And also in close walking distance to a large number of restaurants and bars.

Clean, secure, great location, excellent vendor with great communication. Large pool.

Location was good the property had the use of a swimming pool which we used, everything you needed was in the 3 story town house plenty of storage the down stairs garage conversion has its own bath room up stairs was another bathroom and a third toilet on the middle floor

The lighting in the garage conversion could do with upgrading its a little dull due to there being no window only a small opaque vent good bright L.E.D light would make a lot of difference ,also the internet kept dropping out .

Clean and well kept with everything you could need

The place was clean, easy to find and got our keys left in a lock box. We enjoyed our stay, found the neighbours friendly and helpful. We didn't meet the owners at the complex but didn't require anything so that was OK. Pool was heated and salt filters used. Bedding was fresh but no change of bedding left and we stayed for 32 nights. Plenty of towels and soap. Comfortable beds and chairs. Plenty of room for our family of 4 guests. There was enough pots and cooking items. Downstairs was like a studio apartment great space with its own entrance but had very little natural light. Found that the freedom this gave was great as it allowed younger guests their own space.

Very little glassware and Delph left they need to restock. Cutlery also, was just enough. Couldn't find any of our sun loungers at the pool and they are all marked with the Number of the villa. Patio items were rusted, especially the drying facilities, our clothes were marked after drying. We stayed for 32 nights and didn't get any change of bedding, the laundry was difficult to do as we only had an old rusted clothes airer. Pots for cooking were left dirty by previous guests and we used the hob mainly for cooking light meals. Downstairs very little natural light.

Nothing to do with the apartment, just too much work going on outside , total mess

Upper 2 floors OK. Straight out to pool.

Bottom floor very dark and musty. No renovations had been made to this floor. Good job we had other 2 upper floors else don't know what we would have done. toilet blocked horrendous smell. Took 2 days to sort. No internet. Couldn't find apartment to start with either. Couldn't contact on my phone. Luckily a lovely lady from nearby bar rang owner and sorted it for us.
