Everything was absolutely great! The accommodation was very comfortable. The location is excellent, perfectly positioned with easy access to everything we needed. The hosts were very friendly, approachable, and always available to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Excellent location with tons of possibilities of food and shopping within a 5-minute walk. SANTO bakery is a must!

Heating wasn't working at arrival and apartment was freezing, a technician had to come hours later to fix it. WiFi didn't work and it took them a week to fix it, then WiFi only worked very close to the street window. There was no cell phone reception at the apartment. The apartment was filthy dirty upon arrival, floor and showers disgusting with hair and mold everywhere. They promised to send a cleaner but she never came; our stay was for two weeks. The photo of the dust pan shows what we swept up when we arrived! Small beds (we had to use the sofa bed for our 3rd guest), bedding and towels stained and cheap. Reservation team tried to help, but the "Departamento Calidad For You Rentals" (For You Rentals Quality Department...not so much quality, though) ignored me and was nasty for a full week (hello Yadira and Paola!), on top every evening around 9pm the old lady neighbor came to tell us to be quiet and not use the main bathroom + watch tv because she wanted to sleep. We tried to ignore her once and she rang the doorbell for 10 minutes until we finally answer the door, detail: we were not being loud at all, it was only my 80yo mom and me living there plus my 17yo son who use the place as a dorm and was never there.

Very central, kitchen facilities good, cafés and supermarket very close also the metro. Bars and shops abundant.

No kettle, no shower gel or shampoo. Place a little dirty, but there was road works outside.

We stayed in this apartment in Madrid and it was perfect for 3 people. It has two bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and is located in a very central area, close to everything. The host was great – very friendly and welcoming – and even left laundry detergent, which was a nice touch. The Wi-Fi in the living room was strong, but in the bedroom on the opposite side of the apartment, there was no signal; an additional router or hub would be very helpful. While the apartment itself is great, we found it less clean than expected upon arrival.

The only downsides were the cleanliness, which could be better, and the weak Wi-Fi in the bedrooms.
