Excellent large apartment with amazing balcony area. Excellent value for money. A few small niggles but nothing to detract from the stay.

Toilet is loose and a bit tight to use. Shower head isn't ideal, needs a new holder and the bar moving underneath. The front outer door is shared with another apartment. We weren't informed of this.

Perfect location for us, it was close to an event we were attending. Good communication and clear details on collecting the Key for the private apartment. Great restaurant opposite the apartment called Mario's would recommend it. The Apartment has free WiFi and fantastic views over the Costa adeje and area and you can see the mountain side. Fabulous.

There was a loose metal threshold strip between the lounge and conservatory area leading to the toilet, and a loose tile on the lounge floor which needs re-laying. We had some issues with hot water ( it runs off a gas bottle ) but shaking the bottle we got it working. I was not a fan of the glass brick wall in the bedroom separating the shared hall, when the apartment next door turned on the hall light this light enters the bedroom. There was a family next door and their children were noisy in the early morning so that woke us up. The glass sliding wardrobe doors could do with some maintenance, they were hard to slide on the tracks. Bashed my leg a few times squeezing between the metal bed frame and wardrobe at the end of the bed. (Master bedroom fairly small).

Location very central and close to all amenities. 5 minute walk to La Pinta beach

Wi-Fi speed was slow in the evenings and varied throughout the day

Shower needs updating and bathroom very small

The size of the apartment and the location,the view was unbelievable the pool area and cleanliness were first class

The hot water boiler was not big enough for even one person to have warm shower imeasured the hot output and it was only available for 25 seconds hot was not available at all in the bathroom (not even connected to that room
