Apartamento Ocean View

Buena ubicacion y sitio para aparcar en el caso de que tengas coche. El apartamento era amplio y comodo.

2 rollos de papel para 2 personas durante 8 dias. Un cuarto del bote de gel cuando en la reserva pone “articulos de aseo gratis”. En la reserva tambien aparece aire acondicionado y cuando se lo preguntamos a la chica que nos acompañó a la habitacion nos dijo que no habia, luego le mande un mensaje reclamandole esto y me dijo que habia un aparato que hacia esta funcion ( el cual tenia un tubo que tenias que tener fuera en la terraza con la cristalera abierta para que este expulse el aire caliente) ademas nos dijo que no dejaramos la cristalera abierta porque podian entrar ocupas en la habitacion lo que en el momento nos dió mucha sensacion de seguridad… Antes de irse me dijo que cualquier cosa le podia mandar un mensaje, le envié 3 mensajes 3 dias diferentes y a dia de hoy sigo esperando la respuesta. Añadir tambien que ni habia recogedor en el apartamento por el cual le mandé un mensaje que tampoco me respondió.En fin, el apartamento fue lo peor de mi estancia en tenerife y no lo recomiendo en mi caso, tuvimos que gastar dinero en productos basicos que todos los apartamentos garantizan como es el papel, el gel de ducha,etc.

Unfortunately, this apartment did not meet the expectations of a “Deluxe Apartment.” There was no wall-mounted air conditioning, and I had to install a portable AC unit myself. This was far from ideal, and the filters were full of dust and had an unpleasant smell. The shower had very poor cold-water pressure. After a hot day, having access to properly functioning cold water is important, but only very hot water seemed available. The TV was also disappointing. All channels were in Spanish, and the TV had no internet connectivity or smart features such as Netflix or Disney+. I don’t expect the property to provide streaming subscriptions, but most guests already have their own accounts and would appreciate being able to log in and relax. The apartment had some mould in the corners and a musty smell. I had to keep the windows open every day to improve the air quality. The living area was missing some basic comforts. There was no coffee table to place drinks or personal items, and the sofa had no proper cushions, only a few pillows. Overall, the apartment did not feel “deluxe” in terms of comfort, cleanliness, facilities, or maintenance. While the stay was manageable, the description significantly overstated the quality of the accommodation.

Very nice place. This place was perfect for me becouse it was not too far from the Beach / Surf Spots , Xsur Commericial center, Hiperdino and everything but at the same time perfect distance so that i dont hear the music from the Las Americas. Slept like a baby :):):)

L'appartement a été rénové. Il est très bien décoré et agréable. L'immeuble était très calme. Nous avons réussi à nous garer dans la rue sauf 2 nuits où nous avons laissé la voiture sur le boulevard de l'Europe.

Nous avons été mal accueillis par la concierge qui était pressée alors que nous étions dans le créneau horaire prévu. Le balcon était plein d'eau car l'écoulement ne se faisait pasl. Cette personne refusait de régler le problème : il suffisait de vider l'eau avec la pelle dans un seau. Elle est devenue agressive... Il manque une couette et nous avons eu froid les 2 premières nuits. Les verres et les petites cuillères sont tous différents. Il manque un tire-bouchon. Traces d'humidité au plafond dans le séjour (à signaler au propriétaire)

Alles sauber, schöne Anlage, Appartment ok.

Übergabe etwas unpersönlich. Unfreunfliche Anweisungen im Appartment. Für mich nicht negativ, aber Sie müssen ca. 30 Min steil aufwärts.

Didn’t bother me at all , as I enjoy the exercise but some wouldn’t like the hill back from seafront

Gyönyörű kilátás, kedves tulaj, zökkenő mentes kommunikáció kb 15-20 p séta után a központba érkezel le, bárhová el lehet jutni busszal, mi el is mentünk egy csomó helyre vele :)

A lépcsőket nem szerettem :) nem.mindegyik taxis akart felvinni a szállásra (kicsi út), az aktuális szomszédok a nyaralás első felében nagyon hangosak voltak, nem tudtunk pihenni, szerencsére elmentek. Az ágy nekünk nagyon puha volt és recsegős. A konyhában jó lenne kicsivel több konyhai eszköz, fakanál.

El apartamento estaba totalmente equipado de todo lo necesario para hospedarte.
