Penthouse Apartment With Ocean View

A special accommodation awaited us with this apartment. The landlady welcomed us the minute we arrived, and communication was also very uncomplicated and friendly. The location is great, both from the view of the apartment and for further excursions. The good thing about the apartment is its own parking space. If you travel by car, it's easy to park. Access from the parking lot to the apartment is also very good - a short walk. From the roof terrace you can see everything - on the one hand the mountains and on the other La Gomera. You can also go swimming very quickly, in 2 minutes to a community pool or in 4 minutes to the beach. An apartment to relax!

We enjoyed our vacation in this apartment for a month - all the possibilities were excellent. Great view from the terrace - nice to enjoy breakfast and dinner and do morning yoga. The kitchen was very well equipped. Mostly quiet neighborhood. The pool was not heated, but we enjoyed it even more.

The apartment is in a very safe complex with secure parking and is well located close to the beach. It was very clean and was as reflected in the photos on the website. Everything we needed was provided. The main feature for us was the terrace with stunning views across to La Gomera on one side and El Teide on the other 2 sides. The extended wall (height) between the 2 apartments on the west side, gave privacy. Sergej’s communication prior to our stay was excellent. He answered all our questions almost immediately. His directions to the apartment complex were very helpful. He also contacted us towards the end of our 2 week stay. If we return to Tenerife we would definitely stay there again.

There was nothing that we didn’t like.

No aircon.

Quiet neighborhood, very good location, 5 min walk from the beach, clean house, great terrace for a late night talk. Vika helped us a lot and we will definitely come back to Tenerife.
