Triana Maestro Deluxe by Valcambre

1. Water jet is powerful, esp the water massage system in the bathroom. Good. 2. Maintenance team (Laura) welcomed us to the property parking lot. Parking lot just at the basement of the home, which is very convenient during wet weather. 3. Beds and towels very clean and hygienic. Beds good enough for us 55-70kg. Not too soft. 4. Air conditioning looked new and heating worked very well.

1. At the time of check-in, there is no hot water. The maintenance team could have included this as a basic check prior to guest check-in. Anyway it was fixed promptly within 3 hours upon reported. The hot water was working through the entire period of stay. 2. Bathroom has no fixtures to place shampoo or toiletries, and had to be placed on the floor. Could be improved upon for better guest experience. 3. Kitchen cabinets was quite run down; cabinet doors don’t close properly. Could be improved upon. No issues if you don’t intend to cook, but just do simple tasks like boiling water and heating up pre-cooked food. 4. No TV channels on the TV.

Very nice communication with host. Underground parking space. Good location.

No additional heating system in bathroom, it was extra cold. Visual condition of the apartament could be better, looks "well used".

Position of apartment is perfect, you have parking space wich can be a problem in Sevilla, Rosa was very helpful with recomendations for best places to visit, to eat and to enjoy Flamenco.

The bed is really comfy. The sofa and the living room in general are nice.

The kitchen is outdated. We did not use it but it looked crusty old. Also in the bathroom things are old, moldy, and need replacing.

Great apartment (we were 4 but it would do for 5 pax as well!) Really nice people * good customer care If you go by rental car, deffinitelly ask for parking place (huge advantage) Good localization - Triana district is super cool to discover and all main attractions within walking distance. On plus side local restaurants and bars around

Great, great location in Triana neighborhood so cool and easy access to the sights and property management was very engaged in resolving an issue upon arrival. Thanks to Dani. The main part of the apt is nicely decorated and is very comfortable. Parking is perfect. Location location location . Just don't expect much of the kitchen or bathroom which are basically functional. Luckily dining options abound!

The kitchen and bathroom fall far short of expectations. The kitchen is dated and dingy even looks dirty after cleaning but with a new fridge. How about a decent coffee maker...2023???. The bathroom is worse with the lamination on fixtures is peeling and it appears dirty or hostel like. The shower fixture needs to be replaced. Also be aware unlike most host Apts in Europe there are NO English TV channels.

Great host, excellent location.

Nice and comfortable apartment in Triana, 15min from the city Center by foot. Friendly hosts and ready for any need. I would defintely reccomend it Nice bars and Restaurant close to it.
