Apartment MAKAI

Las vista al puerto deportivo y cercanía a dos playas. Cocina muy bien equipada y nueva, habitaciones grandes, limpio, colchones cómodos, terraza grande. Profesionalidad de la empresa Time in Spain que lo gestiona.

por poner algo ya que son cosas sin importancia..... -almohadas bajas que personalmente no me van bien, pero pones dos y ya está. -la iluminación de las habitaciones que solo tiene lámparas de mesita de noche. -aparcar dentro de la urbanización es casi imposible, pocas plazas y además muy justas, pero fuera se aparca sin problema.

l'emplacement est très bien proche du centre à pied et de la plage. La vue de la terrasse est magnifique avec vue sur le port et la mer

Beaucoup de bruit la nuit car il est au dessus de restaurant et il y à une mauvaise isolation. Une clim dans une chambre ne fonctionnais pas.

The outlook from the balcony is lovely but that's the only good thing about this appartment

Needs modernising and a general clean.We found numerous cockroaches too. Needs a new sofa or at least it wants cleaning. Also the balcony floor tiles are broke and you could easily cut your feet.The aircon unit is situated on the balcony wall and it's rusty and an eye sore. There is only 1 sun lounger too. The corridor leading to the appartment is very dismal and there is a damp patch around the bathroom area on the corridor wall. You need a degree in map reading to follow the diagram given by the rental office which is situated underneath the appartment

Very clean, so much space - perfect for 3/4 people. The location was in the central port and couldn’t think of a better location!

It was difficult to find the apartment and having to go all the way around , but we found a quicker and easier way.

Absolutely everything you could need was provided in the apartment. The agent who supplied the keys was very professional and gave loads of tips. Location couldn't have been closer to the harbour.

Location great. Pool directly above and easy access so no need to change at poolside. Showers great. Good facilities. Lots of nearby restaurants and bars.

Because of the bars nearby it was noisy late at night.

IT was a bit noisy in the night-time but if you are on the port it was to be expected .
