Everything is fine

The view of the sea from the balcony was excellent. The sun was on the balcony for most of the day but there was an awning for shade if required.

The complex is at the top of a steep road which some might find tiring to walk. There were some raucous guests using the pool which is directly below the balcony.

Very nice stay. Clean, comfortable, good wifi. No problem with street parking quite nearby, although a parking in garage is also made available. From the balcony you can actually see the sea well and listen to the waves. Within walking distance to the center, and quite quiet. (As much as posible in an block of appartments).

Not the fault of the owner, but the appartment building as such is not too well designed. In particular, the use of elevator could be more convenient. (If you use the main entrance, one has to take the stairs to the first floor. The elevator is better reached from the gate just at the end of the street, where the cars need to turn. But first you need to get keys to the gate from the appartment.)

Lovely location and views.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and in a good position for wonderful views over the harbour and La Gomera in the distance. it was a good position for watching the sunsets whilst enjoying a drink. The apartment was well equipped and had a lovely pool with sunbeds. It was only a 10 to 15 minute walk to the harbour, shops, bars and restaurants.

Everything was perfect! A huge plus for private garage parking! Apartment is located in quiet street and neighborhood.

No air conditioner or ventilator, it would be nice to have it for hot nights.
