Comfortable studio old town, parking optional

Great location. The cathedral is down the street. Everything is walking distance.

Stairs were a bit steep and narrow. I needed to carry my senior dog to get him in and out.

The apartment is located about 100 m from the cathedral in a small side street. It is spacious and sensibly furnished. There is an air condition in the bedroom which is handy as it only has a window to the living room but not the outside.

The air condition in the living room did not work. The apartment is OK but could do with a bit of TLC. Some dining chairs need the screws tightened, a latch is missing from one of the window shutters and it is very noisy despite the relatively new windows - take some ear plugs.. We suspect there is actually no carpark as we tried to reserve it well in advance but couldn't.

Location was excellent; walkable to major attractions and highly rated restaurants all around. We even got to come back during the day to change and nap.

Some windows wouldn't lock; cleanliness could be improved; lot of noise at night by construction vehicles (for canopies being setup over streets to block the sun) and trash collection vehicles. The apartment could improve sound insulation; I think if all the windows would lock that should help. Also the door of the bedroom couldn't be closed due to bed getting in its way; if the door was two leaf it would help.

An amazing apartment right beside the cathedral on a small street . Despite this could not hear the noise from outside with the windows closed . Comfortable bed and facilities to cook if you desire . Great host who assisted us with parking ,and available via what’s app with suggestions. Easy check out . Lots of restaurants and bars nearby.Easy to walk to all attractions with a peaceful nights sleep .

Beautiful and clean apartment in the very center of Seville. it was a pleasure to stay there, everything is 5-10 minutes away. (cathedral 1 min). you can feel the real hustle and bustle of the locals, great restaurants and cafes nearby. despite the noisy location, very good isolation. recommend!!

Location was great. Comfortable night’s sleep with excellent air conditioning.

The bathroom needed attention. Some Issues with plumbing.
