Waou MADRID es MIA - Corta Duración

we really liked the location, the apartment was clean and facilitate with all required equipment in the kitchen. we had good time in the apartment and the air conditioners was great. we had also a Christmas tree that was very nice

we were 3 couples so for one the bathroom was outside the room and it is a little bit econvinite

Very nice decoration, very clean and comfortable beds. Nice neighborhood, good location. Very nice staffs !

The elevator is too small, only fits 3 people or 1 with 2 luggages and stops at 3rd floor. We have a family of six with 6 luggages and didn’t realize the apartment is on the 4th. It was tough to move in and out !

Very nice decor, Centric Location, good space, 3 bedroom and 3 bathrooms, air conditioning.

Is in a 4th floor, small Elevator for big families or luggage, dryer doesn’t dry and chairs look wonderful but are not comfortable.

The size

It was dirty and the staff was not helpful and they never replied , the the air conditioning is too old and i told them and they never came to fix it , and when I called the owner he told me to not call him again and he was rude .

The apartment is absolutely beautiful and the location is perfect. Right in the city center, surrounded by a ton of shops and restaurants as well as metro stations. The major attractions are all within walking distance as well. The host was AMAZING. So hospitable and accommodating. Even though we didnt get to physically meet her she definitely went out of her way to ensure that we were taken care of and comfortable in her lovely apartment. Her customer service and hospitality where nothing short of amazing! She was quick to respond to messages and gracious enough to take the time to make us a list of things to do and see, and places to eat and visit. I highly recommend this apartment if you're staying in Madrid and definitely plan to stay here again the next time I visit.

The water didn't stay hot for very long and the apartment was pretty chilly but I'd still rate the place 10/10.
