Please note that the outdoor pool is open from 15 June to 15 September. The property is located in a building with no elevator. Upon delivery of the keys, a deposit must be paid : 200,- € per apartment for families, over 30 years, or a single occupant, 200,- € per apartment if there are 1 or 2 tenants under 30 years of age and 100,- € per person for occupations of 3 or more tenants under 30 years of age.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.
