La Botavara Apartment

Lovely apartment, clean, bed comfy, excellent location, fully equipped

Super convenient location, next to bus station, supermarket and very nice restaurants. The beach is just down the road too. Staff was amazing, they went out of their way to help us when needed!

Kitchen a bit small, the hot water is provided via solar panels which means some mornings the shower was a bit on the colder side

The apartment was clean, comfortable and everything you could expect i.e. oven, hob, toaster, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle and washing machine. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was excellent. There was a TV and other gadgets - which we didn't use.

Only one thing spoiled the apartment - the state of the safety deposit box. It appeared as though someone previously had forgotten the combination to open the access door to get their valuables out and had cut a large hole in the top of the safe with drill and jigsaw so when we came to place our valuables i.e. passports, return air tickets, cash and keys - we had to put them in through the hole in the top and replace the steel plate that had been cut out. Not a very safe SAFE. Left a review in the owner's Visitors Book and suggested they replace the safe urgently.

Nice spacious apartment, quiet location, close to the center of Playa Blanca

central to everywhere and convenient to shops and local businesses and very convenient to the bus travellers due to location. A quiet residential area and very pleasant people.

Only the steps into the apartment, but that was due to my own ailments of old joints. There is nothing negative to say as it catered for our needs.
