The location did not match what was listed on the map. The entrance to the apartment was through a horrible staircase. The apartment is dirty and has unkempt renovations.

The apartment was ideal for 2 people. Easy to access with the instructions given and quite secure. The Apartment is at the top of very steep hills so, ok to walk down to things, the beach, the prom, the plaza but taxi back up, only costs 6 euros. There is a local cafe and supermarket on your doorstep.

I have been to Santander before, so I was fine with the location. Others may feel that it is a bit out of the way.

Damp with mould on dinning room wall. Water leaking through the kitchen/living room laminate floor. Mattress very old,with springs protruding. Wrong address advertised on your site for this accommodation.

A leaking toilet. Black mould. Trying to get more money from us before we got inside the door. The surrounding buildings etc looked like Beirut on a bad day. And more leaks from the toilet coming up through the laminate flooring. It stunk. The landlord did not reply to our request to have the toilet fixed again so we had to move out. Also the address was wrong, and we were going around in circles trying to find it. It turns out he was trying to pass it off as a better apartment than it was.

Cozy apartment. The most relevant problem we faced was that the WC has leaked on the floor for the whole stay causing us several inconveniences. We have not received any kind of support by the host about this issue.

Nothing to like about this property

The property was so dangerous the step were like trying to get u mountain the shower screen was to large for the shower so u couldn’t get into it
