"Very good"

Excellent location and friendly host.

The living room's sofabed is very uncomfortable, and the fan turns off along with the top light, which made sleeping in a hot room without aircon on an uncomfortable sofabed quite unpleasant! You have to walk through the living room / spare room to get into the bathroom.

"Disappointing"

Location is great

They charge you for extra things (if you bring a pet or you need the parking there is extra daily costs) The building is old, and there are very few kitchen gadgets to cook There is a deposit they charge you. And not always remember to give it back (I had to claim for it)

"Superb"

The apartment was very clean and was in a great location, very handy to walk into the centre and well located for public transport. I didn't do any cooking in the property so can't comment on how well equipped it was but would definitely stay here again.

"Perfect!"

Residence has a perfect location, right at the beautiful city gate. Less than 5 minutes walk away is a tram stop that will take you easily to the beach in about 20 minutes. Also very kindly received by host, who showed us the map of Valencia with all the highlights and advised us on which trams to take. Was absolutely perfect!

"Perfectly located, spacious flat, with great facilities and a helpful host"

Location was perfect for visiting the historic city centre, and close to tram and bus links. Kitchen was very nice (a substantial galley with new equipment). We had 1 problem with the flat (see below), and one problem with our luggage (a stuck lock), and Fran was fantastic in resolving the problem first thing in the morning, and arranging for someone to help cut the lock, within minutes of asking for his help.

It was unseasonally cold, and the duvets were not quite enough. Extra blankets would have been welcome. There is a large set of sliding patio doors. The bolt locks did not work (we realised after midnight on arrival). Fran came around first thing in the morning and put in a new bolt so we were secure from thereon in. We were very happy that he sorted it out fast.
