Benalbeach Apartment Ana

The whole complex was absolutely stunning to look at but the over all experience was underwhelming not a lot to do as I got the impression that this complex is mostly private rentals.which I wasn't aware of.

That for the whole week from 9.30 in the morning until 8 in the evening there was building works going on right overhead our apartment it was not like light diy works it was full on jack hammer into solid concrete type works it was unbelievable I asked the lady I was dealing with if she knew anything about these buildings works going on she said that she didn't I then went and asked at reception to be informed that they would be going on for the duration of our stay. The noise was excruciating to the extent that we spent most of our time in the apartment wearing headphones to cancel out the noise somebit. Had I have been aware of this building works going on I would not have booked this apartment.

Central position and very clean 👌 Near to passeo, bonanza Square and all the restaurants we like to eat in .

Great location n fab pool area n poolbar. Definitely would return. Great seaview . Great security n felt safe

Nice view, old but still nice building, nearly directly at the beach. One room apartment.

Unfortunately no rail for towel in the bathroom. Bath room door and shower could have been in better conditions. Apart from that, the studio is ok and was cleaned well for our stay.

Location in Benalmadena was very central to sea, sandy beaches and restaurants.

No extraction fan in Bathroom, hanging rails and kitchen cupboards too high out of reach. Only one mirror in bathroom, none in main room, problem when steamed up and not practical. Mattress on double bed needed renewing. Balcony wasn’t private on one side to adjoining Apartment. Having to pay a deposit of €150, still not sure when this will be refunded. She was unable to give us a receipt, but promised to send an email receipt via PayPal. Which was never received, despite reminders. This company was inexperienced in Managing properties, the usual protocols were not carried out. Which would protect us and the Owner.
