Apartamento Playa Poniente

We were travelling as a family of 5 (2 adults, 2 children 4yrs & 2yrs and a newborn). The apartment had plenty of space and was bigger than we expected. We had underground parking which allowed for our car top box to fit as well - we have a 7 seater VW. We didn’t need to use our vehicle during our stay as everything was pretty much in walking distance - beach, play parks, supermarket, restaurants etc. So it is situated really well. The host had left lots of plug adapters around the property which was handy.

No outdoor space but the beach was on our doorstep so it didn’t matter. There were no bowls but that is just preference

La ubicación.

A fantastic location close to the beach ⛱️ Perfect for a quick swim. Great location for restaurants and supermarkets and some great shopping locally too. It's a beautiful city with plenty to do and see. Great value for money. Lovely apartment, comfortable, clean with everything you need. Safe underground parking. And a lovely host.

Nothing

A large apartment with two bathrooms, two bedrooms. a big living room and lots of storage. Laura met us outside and showed us into the underground car park. The spaces in there are very tight, and you will need a torch as the lighting switches off after a brief time, but it is a secure area. Location is good being next to the beach. A supermarket is round the corner and the city centre within 15 minutes walk will provide everything you could want.

It is an apartment within a residential block. Somebody started drilling at 8.00pm.and when that stopped, a baby was crying nearby for a short while. These are typical noises you get from high density living areas. Most tourists would be out having dinner at these times anyway. It is quiet during the night, and two good nights sleep were had.

La falta de información antes de llegar al alojamiento, fuimos en unos días en los que había conciertos hasta últimas horas de la noche, íbamos con niños, y nos especificaba en la descripción que era una zona tranquila. Todo lo contrario para nuestra sorpresa. Tuvimos que salir de nuestra estancia mucho antes de lo previsto. La limpieza un poco a falta de estar limpio, frigorífico a falta de limpiar, sabanas y toallas nada agradables.

Pasamos unos días en familia, y cumplió nuestras expectativas. La casa dispone de todo lo necesario, bien situada junto a la playa de poniente y a apenas 12 minutos de la playa de San Lorenzo andando. Zona tranquila y a la vez llena de vida con todos los servicios cerca de tí, y con parking privado. La propietaria fue muy amable y simpática. Sin duda una opción perfecta y no dudamos en repetir.
