La ubicación es perfecta, a pocos minutos del centro y barrio tranquilo. La limpieza excelente.

El sistema de entrada al apartamento es a través del móvil así que hay que tener MUCHO CUIDADO CON AGOTAR LA BATERIA DEL MOVIL porque no puedes entrar al apartamento, ni avisar a la empresa que lo gestiona. ¡mejor una llave! Las camas son pequeñísimas de 90 x190 imposible dormir, solo apto para personas bajitas, reservamos con poco tiempo y es lo que quedaba porque siempre reservamos apartamentos con colchones de 105x200 mínimo.

La ubicación es excelente. El metro al lado, aunque puedes ir andando al centro, el supermercado enfrente del apartamento que abre hasta tarde y otro al lado del metro a las 11 de la noche. El garaje pegado al apartamento es una comodidad por si quieres olvidarte del coche o si das una vuelta poder tener aparcamiento.

The flat was spacious in terms of size. One of the staff members, Olga, delivered outstanding customer service—she was exceptionally supportive and attentive, even going so far as to follow up on our concerns late at night. Her dedication and kindness truly stood out, making us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay.

We arrived at 2:45 PM with plans to settle in and watch football, but things didn’t go as expected. We contacted customer care to request an early check-in, but unfortunately, our request—just 14 minutes early—was not accommodated, which forced us to change our plans.When we called to ask about parking and where to collect the key, we spoke with a staff member named Roxana. Her attitude was unexpectedly rude and dismissive. Every time I asked a question, she repeatedly told me to “read the instructions.” I explained that I had, but didn’t understand them. Her tone felt more like a school teacher than someone offering support, which made me feel unwelcome and even consider leaving. However, my family insisted we stay since we had booked and were eager to watch the game.Unfortunately, the issues didn’t stop there. A strong smell was coming from the drainage, which we reported, but it was never resolved during our stay. Additionally, the air conditioning was in poor condition and required maintenance. Although a technician came to check it, no repairs were made, and my son had to sleep in the sitting room due to the discomfort.I will for sure not be staying at this apartment again. It was a horrible and bitter experience. We had a very uncomfortable stay, and unfortunately, we booked for three days—which was far too much.

La ubicación del piso es muy buena y el hecho de que disponga de parking también

No nos hemos sentido seguros ya que escuchamos pasos la primera noche. No le dimos importancia, pero la segunda noche, además de pasos, se encendió la tele a todo volumen a las seis y algo de la mañana, también había una silla movida, lo cual nos resultó muy raro y nos dió bastante miedo. De ahí la puntuación, ya que pienso que la seguridad es lo más importante.
