Location is great, right near a bud and metro station and about 15 mins walk from many attractions in Seville. The accommodation is very spacious and the welcome by Judith was excellent!!

Nothing negative that impacted our stay, but the flooring is a bit dated and uneven in places and there are some repairs that need doin in the patio roof and the ceiling in the 2nd bedroom. Nothing major.

The apartment had a foul smell throughout of blocked drains and sewage. The shower's drain was blocked and as a result flooded the bathroom and the apartment. We did not stay the second night as the foul smell and flooding shower was unbearable. .We contacted the property management but did not receive a satisfactory response. The whole experience spoilt our stay in Seville. Read previous reviews of similar problems.

in short: avoid the place! - rude - no hot water - beds falling apart - not really clean - worn and used not many places had been available in seville that weekend, but a 'deluxe' suite with a garage that has a rating of 8.4 seemed fine. well, a mistake! after having waited for the young lady with the keys for almost 90 mins, she was not friendly at all. we had been instructed by her to put all our luggage from the car onto the pavement, instead of taking them straight to the apartment, then park the car in the garage and only then were we allowed to move in. paperbag with groceries torn open on the street. fun. we only returned to the apartment late that night and had to realize that hot water is only enough for one person to take a shower. also, the leg of the bed was broken, the bed totally shaky, not stable, and craking with every small movement. not meant for a relaxing sleep. we reported this to the customer service the owner company operates, were promised to have a maintenance person look into these, but saw no change the second night. bed still barely holding up, hot water is a daydream. after having looked into some older reviews, i see that this problem had to be known by the firm and evidently the don't care about it. the place is supposedly adequate for 4+ persons, but the water is only enough for one... the pictures showing the terrace are nice, but it is not a terrace: it's a real room with 4 walls and a plastic roof, no fresh air whatsoever. i have no idea how people can rate this as above 8...

not fully equipped, missing toilet paper, and washing tablets and things like a wooden spoon / chopping board for cooking

Close to downtown, super interior apartment with all amenities. Very easy communication with the hosts and parking available.
