Vista Teide 305-306

The accommodation is very well located. The view is beautiful, the beach and the promenade are right in front of the house. The apartment is well equipped and comfortable, just like in the photos.

I stayed here for the 2nd time...and it was simply great location for us. Watching the ocean, sunsets, hearing the ocean...close to the promenade for every day walk...I love it.... The apartment is long "rectangle" with toilet and bathroom near door, kitchenette in between with fridge and microwave (only thing I missed was the real oven, otherwise it would be the best best best). And then 2 beds, inbuilt big wardrobe, then living room with the table near the glassed balcony (which is better, since we could enjoy the view and see closer to ocean and we were "safe" against the strong wind. We took the car from the airport (Autoreisen) and it was recommended to park near in Parking Las Canteras. Quite advanterous parking (narrow, thing both ways ramps between floors; sometimes go forward-move a bit back and again go forward game), however we got last slot in 8th floor (roof,the cheapest one). The person in Parking says-better to book it in advance but have not found website. So then it was easy to live in colder north of Gran Canaria and make trips around the island. We really enjoyed the time in the apartment also because of the meetings in Las Palmas necessity, better than to live in the south where is always more warmer.

Just missing the real oven :) but it is the "minor" and unimportant thing....

The view from the flat was fabulous. It was well equipped for our needs and very well located. The beach and promenade were literally outside and the central bus station and shops were in easy reach. Our host was pleasant and helpful.
