Luxury sea view Apartment in Puerto de Alcudia

Die Wohnung liegt im Port d'Alcudia an sensationeller Lage. Sie ist sehr geräumig und auch die einzelnen Zimmer sind gross und sehr gut ausgestattet. Ebenfalls top ist der sehr grosse Balkon mit einer tollen Sicht auf die Bucht von Alcudia und das rege Treiben an der Strandpromenade. Wir konnten die Wohnung in sehr sauber gereinigtem Zustand übernehmen. Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt.

Es gibt drei Kritikpunkte, die aber den sehr guten Gesamteindruck nicht zu sehr schmälern sollen. 1. die Einrichtung ist teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Aus unserer Sicht müssten der Teppich und das Sofa im grossen Wohnzimmer ersetzt werden, da sie doch ziemlich starke Gebrauchsspuren aufweisen. 2. Auch müssten gewisse Einrichtungsgegenstände dringend ersetzt werden, insbesondere das ganze Essbesteck. 3. Wir würden erwarten, dass jeder Mieter ausreichend Toilettenpapier und vor allem saubere WC-Bürsten vorfinden kann.

Die Lage dieser Wohnung ist nicht zu toppen! Was für eine Aussicht! November und alle sitzen mit Jacke auf der grossen Terasse 🙂 Die Wohnung ist RIESIG! Wir hatten alles, was wir brauchen. Tolles Restaurant grad unten neben der Wohnung! Sparerips unbedingt probieren!

O apartamento é excepcional. Muito bem localizado, super espaçoso, confortável, e com uma varanda espetacular onde fizemos as nossas refeições com vista para a praia.

The location of the venue is fantastic. It is the centre of everything: restaurants, port, transport and shops. The main luxury of the apartment is the terrace. The apartment itself is huge what is really good if you are a big family or group of friends- you do not disturb each other at all.

As the property advertised as luxury I was expecting it to be 100 % luxury. The kitchen equipment and items are very very old as well as dishwasher, washing machine and the dryer. The dishes were not cleaned well. Some of them had food lefts on it. The apartment was full of black hair all over the place. It was really unpleasant. One of the toilets was blocked. The bed linen was not even ironed simply put out of the bag. It immediately caught my eye. Ir ruined the whole impression of beautiful bedrooms. The property must consider changing the cleaning and housekeeping team. Shame for such apartment . One more negative point. On arrival I was asked to pay in cash 120 Eur city tax, though I thought all is included in to the payment. I am checking it with booking.com now. To sum up: the apartment is great but to keep it luxury the owners must invest in luxury.

Amazing apartament, very spacious. Perfect location, great views, has a really big terrace. Easy access to everything in the area. Narcis was very helpful and always available to support and make our stay pleasant.
