Zona tranquila,

Nada de comercio ,era muy húmedo es una cochera y se nota,hacía frío un radiador pequeño para invierno era insuficiente ,el sofá muy incómodo,viejo....

"In de winter hier? Geen goed idee."

In dit appartement (want dat is het) heb je de ruimte. In de xonerdag vast een topplek. Op de 2e verdieping, wel ff paar trappen op! Rondom zo'n beetje balkons en ruime keuken en kamers (2× slaap)..

De kou in het appartement. Gastheer op afstand had best de (gas) kachel aan mogen zetten vóór onze komst. Wij kregen m nu helaas niet aan (ook geen zin gehad om met gastheer te appen, instructies op de kachel opgevolgd, zonder succes). Verder is in de omgeving -in de winterr- zo'n beetje alles dicht. Geen aantrekkelijke locatie in die tijd (omgeving was ook uitgestorven!).

Vor dem einchecken verlangte der Besitzer noch 10€ für ein zweites Bett welches ohnehin in der Wohnung stand und eigentlich im Preis inbegriffen war, es gab keine ordentliche Möglichkeit zu heizen oder zu kühlen und die Nachbarn waren bis spät am Abend sehr laut. Die Bettwäsche war fleckig und das Bad nicht unbedingt wirklich sauber.

- Locatie; 200mtr van Oliva Playa Pau Pi - Service van eigenaar! - Prijs-kwaliteit

- De GSM-ontvangst is slecht (daar kan Casa Blanca niets aan doen!) dus zou WIFI fijn zijn geweest maar helaas niet aanwezig maar daar is de prijs ook naar 😃 - Er zit duidelijk verschil tussen het 3 en 4-persoons appartement; let daar op.

L'appartement est très bien ,et bien situé entre Gandia et Dénia. Beaucoup de choses à faire et à voir dans la région. C'est la deuxième fois que nous venons.

Great location close to the marvelous beach. Quiet in winter, yet still some restaurants and bars was open.

Very temperamental water heating. Very hard bed and rather short, quite uncomfortable for people over 6ft.
