"Buena ubicacion, pero mejorable mantenimiento. Sin ascensor"

La ubicacion es perfecta. Esta en pleno centro. El apartamento es grande, tiene 3 habitaciones 2 banos y 1 aseo, entonces puede ir una familia.

Tiene muchas escaleras y no lo especifica. Sin ascensor. Las camas no eran muy comodas, y le faltaba mantenimiento al alojamiento en general y limpieza.

Estar en muy buena ubicación. La cama muy cómoda muy tranquila la zona. Un pequeño inconveniente a nuestro parecer es que la iluminación, en baño y comedor, es escasa falta mas bombillas o potencia.

Sufrimos un accidente grave y en lugar de 4 personas solo pudimos ir dos. Lo pusimos en conocimiento y fueron conscientes del problema, nos cambiaron a un apartamento mas pequeño y tramitaron un reembolso como compensacion. Fueron amables por telefono pero se ha tardado mucho en gestionarlo, ya hemos recibido mail de booking y esperamos que ahora sí se quede zanjado el mal entendido.

Estaba muy cerca de la catedral y nos fue muy cómodo para visitar el centro de Toledo

Lo peor el no poder aparcar el coche x la zona
