The location was good

We went to the key safe to collect the keys there where no keys in the lockbox I tried to phone and the number was no longer in service at this point we thought we had been scammed I sent an email which I eventually got a reply to say the cleaner was still at the property and to walk there to get the keys off her when we got there she said she had only just arrived and it would be a minimum of 2 hours so wouldn’t be ready until after 6pm !!! So we left again and when we went back after 6pm it was not clean at all stains on all the mirrors left over toiletries from the last guests dirty bedding bathroom dirty everywhere had dust the glasses where not clean had lipstick and drink in them the kitchen utensils where filthy . Then the beds where so hard we had to sleep on the sofa so we decided enough was enough so we left and checked into a local hotel I’ve used booking.com for years and never had a problem so very disappointed!!!!!!!
