Cozy Sea Views Apartment in Costa Adeje

Мы, супружеская пара, останавливались в этих апартаментах на 8 ночей в середине октября 2025г. Заселение прошло идеально с помощью Оксаны, которая нас сопровождала. Она также порекомендовала нам рестораны, супермаркеты и аттракции, что оказалось очень полезным. Оксана даже дала нам подстилку и полотенца для пляжа. Она была на связи в режиме 24/7 и была готова прийти на помощь в любое время. Местоположение апартаментов, чистота и оборудование квартиры, включая посудомоечную и стиральную машинки – все чистое, новое и отлично работает. С огромного балкона мы наслаждались видами рассветов и закатов над океаном, а также видом соседнего острова Ла Гомера. Место для стоянки автомобиля в 2-х шагах от апартаментов. Мы получили огромное удовольствие от проживания в этих апартаментах. Очень рекомендуем для семейного отдыха.

We enjoyed 5 peaceful, lovely days in this nice apartment. We had glorious sunshine every day and loved having the great terrace with the fabulous views of Costa Adeje and the ocean. Great views of Gomera too. The apartment has everything you could possibly need to enjoy a very comfortable and relaxing stay. And Oksana is the perfect host, she is super welcoming and personable and keeps everything in great order. We were really pleased to be able to use the pool area in January too; albeit the swimming pool was a bit chilly. However, it’s another well maintained space with comfortable loungers and a quiet, relaxing environment. It is a great place and we highly recommend for the price.

Fab apartment! Oksana is a super attentive host; litterally everything you need for a self-catering holiday she made sure is there; washing up liquid, laundry detergent, dishwasher tablets, even tea lights, beach towels etc. The apartment is equipped to a very high standard; waterfall shower, dishwasher, washing machine & such lovely attention to detail with the furnishings by Oksana. She even sent many very useful links for the best things to do in Tenerife, big thanks again :-) x

The apartment complex is mainly residential, so nice & quiet after 22:00, but it's situated on the other side (not the coast side, so a little 15 min walk to the beach) of the TF1 motorway (no noise whatsoever). No problem at all for us as we always have a rental car & the views from the very large balcony (with comfy sun loungers & table/chairs for al fresco dining) are really superb!

Oksana was amazing! She receive us in the entrance of the building making very clear where you had to be. When we arrived to the apartment was very tidy and bright. The views are amazing. From then on Oksana helped us through our visit into the island, many good recommendations for everything.

If to say something, to walk up to the apartment from adeje will make your calves to get sore 😂

If I could make one wish for my fellow travellers, it would be to have a host like Oksana. Warm and welcoming, we felt very much at home. Everything was clean and well taken care off. The apartment was in a quiet and safe area. Highly recommend.

Host: 100/10; Oksana was truly exceptional from start to finish. She was incredibly responsive and helpful even before our trip began, answering all our questions promptly. Upon our arrival on a late Sunday evening, she went above and beyond by offering to pick us up from the airport and taking us to the only open supermarket. Her assistance with translations and recommendations for food items was invaluable. Oksana ensured we had everything we needed before check-in, preventing us from being stranded without access to food or nearby restaurants. Additionally, she provided us with helpful recommendations for activities and attractions, catering to both adults and children alike. Her thoughtful insights added an extra layer of enjoyment to our trip, and we're grateful for her exceptional hospitality. The Apartment: The apartment was exactly as depicted in the photos—bright, clean, and comfortable. It had everything we needed for a pleasant stay, including kitchen supplies, ample towels, toilet paper, and even a hairdryer. Whatever we found ourselves lacking, we knew we could easily reach out to the host for assistance. Oksana was always available and ready to help with anything we needed, making our stay hassle-free and enjoyable. View and Location: The view from the apartment is stunning. Perched on a hill, it overlooks both the ocean and the city, providing a tranquil retreat from the busy streets below. Looking out at this vista, all your worries simply melt away, making it an ideal spot to kick back and relax.While ideal for travelers with a rental car, we found the location equally enjoyable without one. It was a mere 20-minute walk to reach any of the three nearby beaches, with Playa De Puerto Colon being a favorite of ours. We spent our days soaking up the sun, enjoying the ocean breeze, and exploring the sandy shores—all without the need for a car.

The only issue we encountered during our stay was that the bathroom door occasionally lagged.

Everything. Good value for money. Oksana is a perfect host. Everything is in the apartment. Shampoo and you name it. One of the frying pan was jamed on arrival. New came in an hour. The balcony was perfect. Sun came at 11 am. We had a rental car all the time but all in walking distance if are in a good shape.
