"Two nights with family"

It is right in the middle of the old city, maybe 1 minute from the cathedral, the location is very lively and interesting (step across the street in the morning for pintxos breakfast and coffee, it's open from 8AM). The apartment itself is spacious and for a family it is very comfortable to have two full bathrooms.

One can see that apartment is in short-term rent for some time now, many things feel worn out. The apartment needs a renovation (from fully painting the walls to repairing a lot of broken or just worn out stuff). Because it doesn't feel like a particularly good price to quality ratio...

"Posizione perfetta, casa pulita, proprietario cortese"

La posizione è perfetta, la casa è pulita e dotata di tutto ciò che possa servire, il proprietario è molto cortese e disponibile.

Da migliorare alcuni dettagli (un paio di maniglie delle porte non funzionano benissimo, il parquet scricchiola, il tavolino avanti al divano andrebbe avvitato meglio,…..) ma nessuno di questi dettagli inficia la qualità del vivere l’alloggio.
