"Loud, uncomfortable beds, parking is far away, aggressive host"

Well stocked kitchen with nespresso machine + a spacious living room.

The parking is a 15-minute walk from the apartment, which is a major hassle. Beds were hard and uncomfortable. And while there’s laundry, you have to hang clothes outside a back window where they absorb greasy cooking smells from neighbors. Loud construction is happening directly across the street all day long — impossible to relax. Worst of all, the host tried to raise the price after we arrived and became threatening when we brought up issues. There's no A/C so you'll want to open the windows, but if you do in the front it's extremely loud, and in the back you'll let in the grease smells. Would not stay here again. This is very far from a 4-star experience.

"A really good location, walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shops, coffee."

The instructions, with videos were super helpful. The host was available immediately for any issues I had (when I didn't follow the instructions!)

There is nothing that I didn't like about the collection of keys

"Spacious apartment close to train station"

Spacious 2 bed apartment, well-equipped, comfortable and quiet. Excellent access to train station. 10 minute walk into Old Town but plenty of bars etc in immediate vicinity. Supermarkets and bakers close by too. Access to property via a phone link - just follow the instructions provided from owner and all fine.

"Heerlijke rustige accommodatie dichtbij centrum"

Prachtig nieuw appartement, mooie slaapkamers, goede bedden, volledige keuken. Dichtbij oude centrum en dichtbij kleine supermarkt (200 meter). Goede bereikbaarheid van de eigenaar via app/chat.

Eigenlijk niets.

"Beautiful apartment in the heart of San Sebastián"

Beautifully decorated, spacious, super clean and laid out with the guest in mind, including things to make the stay amazing. Eg beach towels, yoga mats, coffee/tea. Comfy bed, quiet street, close to Old Town, shops and beach. Our host went way beyond to make our stay a joy. She gave really specific instructions to get into the apartment and parking.

Sehr schönes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Appartment, entspricht den Fotos. Tip top sauber, alles notwendige vorhanden für einen gemütlichen Aufenthalt. Nespressomaschine und Kapseln- super und eine sehr gute Flasche Rotwein zum Empfang….wow! Danke. Vermieter, gab viele Tipps und war bei Fragen rasch erreichbar. Lage sehr gut, rasch in der Altstadt. Positiv, es hat in der Nähe einen Parkplatz.
