Ubicado en la parte del castillo. Buen aislamiento de las ventanas. Terraza en el piso superior, azotea)

Estaría mejor si tuviera aire acondicionado, para no depender tanto de los ventiladores y poder estar más cómodo al cerrar las ventanas por la noche (necesario por estar próximo a zona de bares con terraza)
