"Un excellent logement tout neuf en plein centre"

- situation parfaite - appartement tout neuf tout propre très bien équipé très bien décoré - très bon lit - check in à distance facile et flexible

- l’air conditionné n’avait pas l’air de bien marcher - le loueur a refusé de faire inscrire notre voiture pour pouvoir accéder au logement en voiture dans l’ultra-centre - il faut garder les fenêtres fermées car la rue est assez bruyante + travaux très bruyants dans l’immeuble en face - une caution supplémentaire de 250 euros est demandée Ceci ne doit pas vous décourager, c’est un super logement !

"Très bel emplacement, et très belle deco."

Super décoration. Emplacement idéal au centre de Madrid juste à côté de la Plaza Mayor.

Aucun manuel ni aucune indication sur le fonctionnement de l’électroménager. Il a fallut contacter de nombreuses fois le loueur pour connaître le fonctionnement totalement surréaliste de la plaque de cuisson, comment trouver l’interrupteur caché de la cafetière, etc. La salle de bain est super design, c’est beau mais côté fonctionnel c’est pas top. Il n’y a pas d’étagères pour poser ses affaires, même pas un support pour une savonnette et juste 2 malheureux crochets pour les serviettes. Dernier point, c’est un peu cavalier de demander une caution de 250€ une fois que l’on a payé et réservé.

"Estadia espetacular."

A acomodação, a limpeza, a localização e o funcionário que me atendeu pelo WhatsApp fizeram a minha estadia espetacular. Só tenho a agradecer a atenção.

A região é agitada e por isso barulhenta, inclusive para a retirada do lixo. Mas isso não é nada considerando as instalações e localização.

"Localización ideal el apartamento es compacto pero moderno y con todas las facilidades."

Localización, mobiliario, menaje la cama que era muy cómoda.

Por poner una pega podría haber habido más variedad de café / azucarillos y quizá bote cutis de leche . Aunque éramos 3 solo había para una persona.
