Maspalomas Green Oasis

A standard and typical privately owned apartment on a resort complex. Communication was by WhatsApp and email directly with the owner who gave clear instructions, and I had a point of contact a few doors down should I require anything. The property was modestly furnished and equipped and very clean. My only suggestion would be for more kitchen utensils and a few basics such as salt, pepper, tea bags/coffee and a bottle of oil to make self-catering a bit easier. However there was a fridge/freezer and a washing machine, although no washing powder. The place was good value, however a few extras would make the difference.

Host was very responsive, location is amazing, apartment is pretty good value for the price point. Met my needs for a short-term last-minute budget stay.

Air conditioner but no remote to control it, lights in the living room didn't work, front door was very difficult to close and lock.

Quiet. Nice that bathroom and toilet are separated.

Could do with a few more basic equipment, i.e. sponges to wash up, tea towel, salt and pepper, oil, etc.

Pool wasn't accessible which was disappointing

No luggage storage option. Too far from the beach or centre/bars/restaurants to walk to.
