Lo mejor: la ubicación. Algunos aspectos a la mejora se los he comunicado privadamente a la empresa anfitriona, dentro de mi reconocimiento general: TODO BIEN. Repetiría. Imp: debe hacerse constar que aunque tiene ascensor hay que superar 2:tramos de escaleras.. ¡Ah, las casas antiguas!

Mejorar la relación calidad-precio con detalles como retrasar la hora de salida: salir a las 11 h. no rentabiliza la noche pagada y, salvo gastos añadido de consigna callejera, se pierde el dia

The apartment is beautiful and clean, we had a lovely stay there.

The only problem with the place is that it is above a bar and some people decide to ring you in the middle of the night as a prank.

The location is great, many things are very accessible by walking, especially the 3 museums. The neighborhood is safe even at night very late, but the city is quite safe anyway. the team was friendly and very accommodating. there is everything you need in the apartment including ironing facilities and a washing machine. It was clean. Wifi is really good for working. If sound insulation had been taken into account during the renovation it would be just perfect

the apartment is above a karaoke bar, you can't hear people singing at all. On the other hand, we hear them at the exit around 3:00 am, and it wakes me up briefly every night. They are nice people who leave their evening happy but hey I would have done without it. You can also hear the neighbors, especially the one on the bedroom side. It's a shame, adequate sound insulation should have been done during the renovation.

The most central location in Madrid.

I can't fault it. All good.

the location is great…walking distance to the Prado, Thyssen, station

it’s noisy, up until 2:30 am especially on weekends. there were no wine glasses. the shower was mouldy.
