La relación calidad precio no está mal. La ubicación para estar en el centro de Ourense es muy buena. Para dos personas es un espacio optimo para cuatro se queda muy pequeño.

Cuando entramos al apartamento olía mucho a cañerías además dejaron botes de gel abiertos en el baño de los monodosis. En la descripción ponía que tenía cafetera y en el apartamento no había cafetera de ningún tipo. Además las toallas que nos dejaron una estaba totalmente destrozada. Las almohadas del sofá cama son muy mejorables ya que son tan finas como un folio y no había disponibles más. En cuanto a la ubicación si vais de fiesta es una ubicación increíble, ahora si queréis descansar el fin de semana, no os la puedo recomendar porque se escucha mucho ruído durante toda la noche.

You can climb up on the lounge and lean on the window sill to see the amazing view over the rooftops! The interior is renovated and has a lift and the beds are very comfortable. Wifi works well. Located close to lots of great eating places in beautiful Ourense.

The apartment is one room with the toilet and shower areas separated off by partitions. They are not separate rooms and don’t give much privacy. The shower leaked out onto the floor sometimes and it needed a good scrub around the base. Noise from the street bars late at night woke me a few times. The biggest drawback for me was the lack of any service. Entry is by a code through WhatsApp and was tricky at first. I messaged and then initiated a phone conversation to help me get in. To enter the building you need to have your phone charged and your internet service working every time, or you will be locked out. There is no key or keypad for the front door. The sheets were not changed nor beds made for the 6 nights that I was there. On the 5th day I messaged and asked for fresh towels and more toilet paper and these were later left at the door. There was a small fridge but no other kitchen facilities (kettle?) or dining table as advertised. For the money, I would prefer accommodation where I have a key for entry and where there is staff available to provide service and hospitality.

la ubicación del apartamento es muy céntrica, con el inconveniente de que las ventanas dan a la zona de marcha de noche, las ventanas no asilan bien contra el sonido y no pudimos dormir nada. Noche en blanco de sueño. El menaje de la cocina es muy escaso.

La cama era muy cómoda y la ducha amplia.

Estaba muy sucio, pero sucio de no limpiar en muchas zonas a conciencia. Se limpia yo creo a lo rápido. La mampara de transparente tenía poco.... La zona del WC alrededor del váter había yo creo que vida propia. Tampoco entiendo la penalización de 20€ por no fregar la vajilla.... qué vajilla? No había ni un triste vaso. Creo que ya que hay apartamentos con cocina y sin ella... Tendrían que diferenciar a la hora de alquilar las habitaciones porque no hay nada de nada. Dos toallas estaban sucias, la de poner para los pies en el baño rota... Dejan sólo un rollo de papel higiénico que vale era estancia de un día pero no estaría de más dejar alguno más.... Y bueno eso al ser ático es inevitable pero ojo con los golpes en la cabeza.....
