A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Check-in is done directly at the apartment, but in case of any problems you can contact the main office at Plaza del Mercado, 10. "Perfect Stay in the Heart of Valencia – Great Location and Wonderful Host!"

I had a wonderful stay in this charming room in Valencia. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the city center and very close to the bus 95 stop, which takes you to major attractions outside of the center. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel at home right away. The apartment itself was spacious, bright, and well-maintained, equipped with everything I needed. It’s located in a historic building, adding to the overall charm of the place. The only downside was the stairs to reach the apartment, which can be challenging for anyone with reduced mobility. Other than that, it was a fantastic experience!

The apartment was in a great location and has everything we needed.

Really there were no negatives! If you are used to double glazed windows you might find the street nose at night a little loud, but it was just what comes from being in a lively city centre.

Very cozy, cleaned, full equiped kitchen, towels… Victoria is very kind, communication was great. It is close to historical centre.

the bed is not good for two adults and baby :D but there is also couch so its okay :) stairs in house are too narrow. We had a really small stroller for travelling, and although it was need to folds it. Metro is not so close and travelling to the modern centre, beach,… take much time.
