Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property adheres to strict physical distancing measures. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), wearing a face mask is mandatory in all indoor common areas. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. It is not possible to stay at this property for Coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Swimming pool #1 is closed from Mon 08 Jan 2024 until Fri 21 Jun 2024 A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that late check-in after 21:00 carries the following extra charges: - From 21:00 to 23:00, EUR 25; - From 00:00 to 01:00, EUR 40. This amount will be paid at check-in in cash. Personal data of all guests over 14 years of age will be requested for the necessary and correct registration with the National Police/Guardia Civil between 10 and 7 days before check-in.
