Apartamento Ocean View

Amazing view from the balcony, there are plenty of space, nice to spend time here. Building are well maintained, multiple lifts and access to the building. Pool area also superb maintained. Big heated pool - outstanding experience. Apartment location also very good 👍 there are parking spot in underground parking. Basically apartment have 3 benefits - location, pool and balcony 🙃

Lack of basic cleaning. Apartments are quite outdated and not maintained well. I read through reviews from 1–2 years ago, and unfortunately nothing has been improved. For example, there is still a bad odor coming from the main bathroom. This seems like a simple issue to fix for instance, installing a proper pop-up (click-clack) drain valve to block the smell — but it hasn’t been addressed for years. As a result, previous guests mentioned they couldn’t even use this bathroom. Also we have problem with internet it doesn’t worked all our stay 17 nights - host did not offer any solution. .

Основной бассейн был с подогревом. В апартах было всё необходимое и чисто. Шикарный вид с балкона на океан и скалы. Очень красивый закат. В округе очень тихо, можно спокойно отдыхать с детьми.

Детский бассейн был без подогорева. Но основной с одного края не глубокий и дети вполне могут им пользоваться. Единственный минус, что его закрыли в середине нашего проживания на ремонт.

Apartment applienses and plumbing need to be renovated.

The apt is very well located - very near the Lidl and easy access to all parts of the town - its at the top of the hill so you walk down to everything - but you need to walk back up. The Apt is well equiped and the kitchen has everything you need. Wifi was really good - we worked from there for the week and had no problem with the wifi. The bedrooms are really big and have lots of space, and the bed were comfortable. The balcony is lovely, and the views are what make the apartment - they really are amazing. The balcony does not get any sun at any time of the day - that didn't bother us, but might for some.

There was a couple of things that could have made the apt a lot better and with a little care could be fixed quiet easily. The ensuite bathroom needs work - the shower head is awful - drips of water and rust on the head. The toilet seat fell off, and there is an awful smell in the bathroom. The pool was also closed for the whole time we were there and we got no notice of this from the host. Plus, there was construction work every morning directly above us from 8.30 am to 5 every day - Loud drilling and banging. We were told that there was a late check in fee after 8.30pm of 50 Euro - that was ok even if we thougth it was a bit steep - but on the way to the apt we were told there was also a fee fo 20 euro btw 8 and 8.30 - when I pushed back on this they drop it - so good to make sure you know the rules.

The view was great. Kitchen was well equipped. Beds were comfortable

This flat could be lovely but it has not been maintained or updated for years. We are not exaggerating this is not recommended

Nous avons adoré notre séjour ici avec notre petite fille de 18 mois. Super logement, bien situé pour l'accès aux commerces (Lidl et SuperDino juste à côté). La place de parking est pratique et nous sommes rapidement sur les routes pour El Teide. L'appartement est bien fonctionnel, la terrasse offre une belle vue sur les falaises et l'océan. Literie très confortable et climatisation appréciable !

Il y a effectivement un bar qui passe de la musique ou qui invite des groupes presque tous les soirs. C'est parfois fort mais reste acceptable sur la terrasse. On n'entend rien une fois les baies vitrées fermées. Il manque un aspirateur pour nettoyer le sable au retour de la plage, surtout pour les séjours plus longs. Il manque de la vaisselle (il y a tout juste 4 paires de couverts, pas de bols, pas de plats pour le four par exemple) Rien qui empêche de recommander +++ ce logement

Pobyt 20,06-04,07,2025r.Apartament spełnił nasze oczekiwania , widok z tarasu na LOS GIGANTES bajeczny , basen na obiekcie duży i nie oblegany przez mieszkańców. Dużym udogodnieniem jest garaż podziemny. Jeżeli ktoś chce spędzić przyjemnie i wygodnie urlop , to polecam bardzo ten obiekt. MARIUSZ

Great view of the ocean and Los Gigantes. Big terrace. Good location. You can leave your car in a secured garage (even though is was hard to find it first time - entry at the roundabout). Big private pool.

The apartment was old and nothing was updated for a long time. The on suite bathroom was smelly all the time, both bathrooms were not properly cleaned. The toilet seat was broken (we had to adjut it), the second bathroom had problems with draining. The kitchen dishes were dirty. We didn't use dishwasher because it was also dirty and rusty. Shower head had a lot of limescale and had poor water pressure.
