Súper limpio, cómodo y fresco!!!

Está bien ubicado, cerca de la playa, con comercio, bares y restaurantes cerca, piso muy cómodo, limpio, bien cuidado y con todo lo necesario para no tener que salir a comer fuera. Muy bien equipado con electrodomésticos. Además tanto Salvador como su hijo Alberto fueron muy amables en todo momento

Solo tuvimos un juego de llaves y nos limitó un poco al no estar siempre juntos

Buena ubicación e iluminación. Las camas son cómodas. Piso acogedor en general, con buenas comodidades (ascensor, espacios amplios, aire acondicionado).

Ruido de la calle (es un segundo piso con la acera justo debajo cerca de una plaza con tránsito). El camión de la basura nos despertó varias noches. El apartamento un poco descuidado a nivel mantenimiento (manchas en la pared y cortinas, marcas de desgaste en pared y muebles).

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent, especially for those arriving by train from the airport. It is also a great base for taking trips to the surrounding areas. There are several good dining options nearby and having a Dia supermarket right next to the building (plus a large Mercadona by the station) was very convenient. For families, the location works perfect. There is a nice playground with a café nearby in Parque del Sol. The beautiful Bioparc Fuengirola and the beach are also within short walking distance. Overall, it was a very positive experience. We would recommend this place for its convenience and strategic location.

If you are renting a car, please be aware that parking in this area is quite difficult. We parked near Gasolinera Carrefour, which is about 1 km away, as it was the most reliable option. Regarding the apartment, it was very pleasant, though I would just humbly suggest a slightly more thorough cleaning between stays to make it even more welcoming. It’s a small detail in an otherwise very good experience, but a little extra care here would make it 100% flawless!

We stayed in this apartment for 34 days and had a truly wonderful experience. It was perfect for our family of 3. Very spacious, spotless clean on arrival and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had all essentials and more, the washing/drying machine worked perfectly and there was plenty of storage space, plenty of towels, pillows. The high-speed internet was also a big plus. The host was great, responsive, and very welcoming throughout our stay. The location is excellent, close to everything, with two big supermarkets just next to the building, which made our daily life so easy. It's very close to the beach as well, less than 10 min walking. Shopping mall is also 15 min walking away. The building itself is new and everything in the apartment feels fresh and well-maintained. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend it! 10/10!
