Apartamento Pluton

Location was perfect right beside everything and just cross from the beach .. Beautiful views ..Daniela the host was lovely and welcome us at the gate when we arrived .. Very accommodating and very helpful .. Will definitely be back ..

..only one little mattress protector on the bed but bed was spotless other than that it was perfect ..

The location was fantastic. Great pool, lovely balcony and the apartment had everything we needed for our 3 week stay. Daniela was very helpful and easy to contact while we were there and sorted out any problems we had right away.

It wasn't a problem for us because we were a group of 3 adults, but the 2nd bedroom is only big enough for 1 adult. When the 2nd bed was in the room, there was no room to walk anywhere in the bedroom, but it was smashing with one single bed.

Daniella was an excellent host, she actually came and picked us up at the Airport as we couldnt get a Taxi. We also had a Leak in the Kitchen which she attended to with a Plumber in a fast and effecient manner, overall Daniella went above and beyond what was expected.

The apartment was clean and fresh, some of the furniture in photos had been replaced with new. New Air con in both main living area and bedrooms. There are 2 new outside loungers, 4 new chairs a table plus a parasol. There is a new smart TV in the living area and we were able to sign in with our Netflix account for evening TV. Amazon Prime also on there but we didn't bother signing in. The mattress on the main bed was new and still nice and firm. Didn't need second bedroom so can't comment on the 2 beds in there. Shower was nice and hot and powerful, fitted where a bath used to be so plenty of room. Access is wheelchair friendly if needed, with ramps and a lift. As this is a residential block it was nice and quite, although you could hear the entertainment at the Lava Beach next door, they had some very good tribute acts playing so shame not to enjoy them. That's obviously subject to personal taste. Total of 66 units counting the letter boxes. The pool is lovely, but not heated, which suits me but again not everyone's taste. Most days max of only 6 people around the pool on more than enough loungers. Never saw more than 3 people in the pool, at times we were the only ones in or around the pool. There are 4 new palm tree sun shades around the pool. Location is excellent, although you know that already if you know Matagorda. It's right on the main pedestrian area easy walking distance to bars and restaurants in either direction. Matagorda is quiet which suits us fine. Beach is 40 feet/15 m from rear exit of apartment complex.

Location was perfect. Right beside the beach. Restraunts shops. Lovely quiet communal pool.

Apartmend is badly needing updated. Shower. Kitchen. Balcony needing painted. Big flower pots empty and looking tired. Really needs at least 1 air con unit.

Everything
