Lovey place in a very central location The host had left us milk beer coke and croissants Lovey attention The outside little patio is great too We enjoyed having breakfast there in the morning And there is Luna the cat super friendly who visited us every day We will book it his property again when we visit our friends in Denia next year

The location is excellent, right in the centre of town. If travelling to the property it is in a pedestrianised street so although you can unload outside, free street parking is a bit of a walk away, unless you pay for parking. The apartment was very clean and the host very friendly. There was also a small welcome pack. Toiletries were also included. Although in the centre of the old town the street is quite quiet. Lots of kitchen equipment and crockery. Great value for money.

The hot water was a bit temperamental and the shower mixer is not a thermostatic one, so if someone ran the kitchen sink tap the shower would go hot/cold. The beds were quite firm for our requirements. Although clean and perfectly presentable the apartment is quite dated with a mismatch of furnishings and fittings.

Bed squeaked even on a small turn, drain in the bathroom clogged

Excellent location, very private. Many good restaurants close by. Nataniel was an excellent host and available for questions. He had provided milk and water as welcome.

The sofa in the living room was too soft to sit on.

Have been to Denia before and enjoy the place my daughter was married there and this visit was to celebrate her birthday
