Posizione centrale.

Casa molto trasandata, umida con molta muffa sulle pareti, mobili usurati e gonfi probabilmente a causa dell'umidità. Tra l'altra in casa erano presenti blatte, soprattutto in cucina e bagno, fatto presente la cosa all'host ma non ci è stato dato alcun supporto per poter tamponare il problema. La persona che ci ha indicato di contattare non si è mai presentata. Wifi molto lento. Tostapane inutilizzabile (sporco rappreso)

Ubicado frente a un salón de juegos, lleno de borrachos, gritando, peleas, etc. Paredes sucias, con humedades, rotas… Mobiliario, enseres de cocina, sábanas, y toallas, de mala calidad, y algunas rotas. Puerta de entrada destrozada. Si se gastaron tan solo 3000 € en IKEA, y en un poco de tareas de albañilería… Podrían recuperar la puntuación que obtuvieron en Booking en el año 2017: 8,2

Vochtige ruimte, de verf viel van de muren. Alles voelde wak.

The property was spacious and the bed was so comfy. It was clean and the location was perfect. The supermarket is a one minute walk away and the centre is about 5-10 min walk. Although the apartment has a washing machine, I couldn’t dry my clothes but there is a laundromat on the same road as the supermarket which is literally 2-5mins from the apartment. There is a microwave and a toaster and kettle, but would have been better with an air fryer or mini oven. Would definitely stay here again

The property is on the second floor with approx 40 steps but not to steep. The apartment door looks like it’s been broken into but it worked well. The apartment does have damp and mould on the walls and the bath needs replacing and a plug for the sink and bath would be great all of which can be rectified easily with some tlc. There is no a/c but also no heating in the winter. I did think about buying a hot water bottle for the night chills. There are additional blankets which helped. There is no terrace or balcony. A bit of noise from the road but nothing major. Could be made to be a great apartment with a few hundred euros spent on it
