Розташування дуже добре. Є діно маркет поруч і не треба йти в меркадону. Через дорогу є два просто суперських ресторани, це топ. В квартирі є все шо треба

Вночі в будинку постійно продували труби водопостачання. Це шумно. Але можливо це був просто такий період і я погано сплю)
