Apartamento Torre Cervantes, moderno, luminoso, a 5 min de la Playa

Fantastic location and apartment. I thought we were going to be far away from central, but Almeria is super small, only takes 5-10 min to get to that area. Also, most of the previous (negative) reviews were about kitchen items, but the owners apparently heard/read those reviews and added a lot of stuff. There was a moka pot, electric kettle, microwave, plenty of dishware and pots and pans. There's also a washer and drying rack if you need to do laundry. We had no problem cooking and doing laundry. It was surprisingly great with a nice balcony. The shower heads were a little broken, but everything else was great. I would gladly stay there again and highly recommend this place.

Shower was a little messed up, water coming from the sides of the shower head, but everything still worked. Also, they did have a hair dryer, but unfortunately it didn't work.

The only thing to improve would be to provide an iron and ironing board to smooth clothes with. There is a washing machine and drying rack, usually when there are laundry facilities there is an iron provided.

The apartment was modern and bright, and it was really nice to have a balcony. The building felt very secure and quiet, which is exactly what my 70-year-old mother wanted after traveling for three weeks. The location was a quick walk to the beach and there are many shops, restuarants, and supermarkets nearby. The host was also very attentive and responsive.

My mom would have liked more kitchen amenities like paper towels, coffee pods or a moka pot and sugar so she could have coffee straight away in the morning.

No Breakfast included - I would have liked a kettle. The location was excellent, constant hot water was appreciated, balcony lovely.

Location was convenient to beaches, Marina and restaurants. Clean but sparse apartment.

Kitchen was unusable. Not so much as a vegetable peeler. No oven. Electric hob with frying pan that was not flat on the bottom. No electric kettle, no teapot. No sugar, salt nor pepper. Very stingy on the toilet paper. Half a roll on the wall and another small roll in the cupboard. Who wants to go out shopping for toilet paper when on holiday?
