The location is perfect. lovely bright apartment. very quiet at 12:30 so perfect for sleeping. Bathroom and kitchen were really clean and lots of storage and necessities. less than a minute walk to the beach. very good value too.

The mold is quite bad in the bedroom, it fell onto the beds the first night we stayed so we moved the mattresses into living room to sleep for the remainder. not ideal, but the owner offered to refund us if we were not happy. we decided to stay and make best of it.

Perfect location and ocean view! The flat would be ok if it wasn't for the mould.

There was mould on the ceiling in the bedroom! There is no window in the bedroom, hence it's not possible to air the room. It means you have to sleep with the mould above your head and breathe it in the whole night. The kitchen needs much better cleaning, more supplies, new fridge and definitely a refresher.

Location was awesome.

Kitchen supplies poorly stocked. Cockroach infestation,,, mould on the ceiling in the bedroom,, refrigerator was not working properly,, the entire apartment needs to be cleaned thoroughly... the fan was disgusting , the curtains had mould on the bottom of them, the seal on the fridge was black with dirt..

"A wonderful lively location not to be missed"

The location is superb - The apartment is adequately equipped on the 1st floor with a balcony with table and chairs overlooking the promenade with the beach right in front of you offering sea views and more. Everything is on your doorstep, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and the bus stop is 150m around the corner for those wanting to further explore. Overall, this was a good one weeks stay.

The apartment is not serviced by an elevator as described in the description. There is a flight of 10 stairs, a small landing and another flight of 10 stairs, so those with limited mobility, heavy bags, push chairs etc bear this in mind. There was no information guide to inform about the apartment - garbage disposal etc. Found fold up beach chairs and umbrella in the wardrobe 3 days after arrival by accident!
