Beliggenheten, nær stranda. Fin utsikt. Nydelig solnedgang på terrassen. Har alt man trenger i kjøkkenet. Kommunikasjon med utleier på Whatsapp. Nær Spar matbutikk. Solterrassen på taket, med mulighet for dusj.

Spurte om nye håndklær om morgen, fikk til svar at de skulle ordne det. Etter hele dagen på stranda, kom vi tilbake til leilighet for å dusje og det var ingen nye håndklær. Fikk til svar at vi kunne vaske de selv. Det er i utgangspunkt greit å vaske de selv, men skulle ønske vi fikk vite det med en gang.

Der Ort ist nicht besonders schön, komplett verbaut mit Hotels aber von all den Unterkünften dort hat es eine gute Lage, direkt vor dem Strand, Allerdings auch vor der Hauptstraße und wenn man sehr leichten Schlaf hat würde ich es definitiv nicht empfehlen.

Straße direkt vor der Türe, man hört jede Person, alles leicht abgewohnt, wir hatten Ameisen ÜBERALL, sogar in meinem Bett, sodass ich dann bei wem anderen geschlafen habe. Als ich mich beschwert habe bekam ich nur die Antwort ich hätte mich an die Notfallnummer wenden sollen (wo man allerdings keine Antwort bekommt), sie haben sich nicht mal entschuldigt oder eine Entschädigung angeboten. Neben den Ameisen hab es Mosquitos, Spinnen und alle anderen möglichen Tierchen, vor allem in den Badezimmern. Es war auch kein Föhn vorhanden. Ich hab am nächsten Morgen danach gefragt und bekam erst einen am Tag vor der Abreise. Ich kann diese Unterkunft wirklich nicht empfehlen.

It is very close to the beach and the sunset views are excellent.

20.11 update written to counter the reply below. We raised all our issues the 2nd day we were at the property and my wife and daughter moved out on Day 3. They know this and I have the WhatsApp thread to prove it. They did not offer mattress toppers (we asked!) and transfer buses make the patio a noisy, fume-filled no go zone so who cares where the road goes? But let's get to the real point here. Our original review did say the beds were hard and it did mention the traffic but the thing we were COMPLAINING about was the condition of the property when compared to the online photos. Look at our photos. Compare them to the photos on line on this site and elsewhere. The floor is different. Wallpaper is peeling off the walls and window frames and there is paint bubbling in places leaving little piles in some corners. This place has been water-damaged, repaired and redecorated badly , and there is lots of damage and basic repairs left undone. Its also not cleaned particularly well. It's advertised as "deluxe" and isn't. Note that both the vendor, Villa Gran Canaria and Bookings.com have seen our photos of this. Both have chosen to pretend they haven't. If the property is redecorated and repaired properly, then it may well be a "deluxe" property once more but I don't think either company cares. That's damning on both businesses. Bookings.com did 'refund' us 260 euros but that is in the form of a discount on our next booking (really??) and I feel very let down by them. How can a company see these photos and knowingly leave the older and better photos on their listing? That they choose to deliberately continue to mislead their customers in this way will make me think twice before using them again. Villa Gran Canaria are either willfully blind or crooks, probably both. I don't know how they can reply as they have for any other reason. Avoid.
