Ottima la posizione, strada tranquilla ed essendo un vicolo chiuso, non abbiamo mai avuto problemi con il posto auto. Appartamento molto spazioso e con servizi TV multimediali completi. Anche se non abbiamo potuto sfruttare lo spazio esterno, era bene servito con stendi biancheria, un tavolo con sedie per pranzare e due sedie sdraio. Zona molto tranquilla. Letto a bastanza comodo.

Il nostro appartamento era un seminterrato, quindi abbastanza umido, con piccole finestre che non permettono il ricircolo dell'aria. Nessuna presenza di stufina o deumidificatore. Servito di pentolame poco sufficiente per due persone. Piano cottura con 3 piastre ad induzione di cui solo due funzionanti.
