Sotavento Las Terrazas II, La Tejita

Sotavento Las Terrazas is the best place I have stayed at so far. I would love to actually live there; it is that convenient. It is a spacious one-bedroom apartment with a large living room connected to the kitchen annex on one side and a large terrace on the other side. You will also find a solarium upstairs to dry your clothes in the full sun, sunbathe on the lounge chairs, or watch stars during the cloudless nights. The apartment is very modern and fully equipped, starting from the kitchen (dishwasher, fridge and freezer, coffee machine, and all the cooking appliances) to the laundry room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board, and a bidet in the bathroom. The beds are very comfortable. There are extra pair of towels for the swimming pool and for showering. There are two very good quality air conditioners installed, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. I also loved little dim lights for finding your way that are always on during the night to help you find a bathroom in the darkness. The open air swimming pool is large with a nice and clean area and bathrooms just around the corner. The complex is located in a very calm neighborhood just next to La Tejita beach, and you can see Red Mountain from your terrace (which you can nostalgically say goodbye to when you fly away from South Airport). Oh, because the apartment is just a 12-minute drive from the airport, which is also amazing, considering there is no noise from planes as there aren't that many of them. Just a few hundred meters from the apartment, there is a nice supermarket complex where you can do your daily grocery shopping or go out for a dinner at the restaurant. If you come by car, there is a underground garage with an assigned parking spot for you, so you don't need to worry about where to park. Anything else? I meant. I loved it!!!

Place was very nice and clean. Staff was well coming. Area was beautiful and close to shops and 5 minutes away from ⛱️🏖️. Place was very well equiped and very nicely maintained.
