Normaliter doen wij niet zoveel met negatieve beoordelingen. Deze keer hadden wij ze wel ter harte moeten nemen. De belangrijkste minpunten; Het sleutelkastje werkte niet en deze zou men (hopelijk voor degenen na ons) vervangen onder inhouding van onze borg. Hierover wilde men niet communiceren. De glazen deuren waren gebarsten waardoor glas op de vloer (gevaarlijk). De boiler lekte, en het water liep over een onderstaande magnetron ((levens)gevaarlijk. Überhaupt was de keuken incompleet voor 4 personen, er miste veel of was beschadigd. Wanneer je ging douchen kwam de hele gang ook blank te staan. De keuken en het meubilair heeft zichtbaar zijn beste tijd achter zich, alles flink beschadigd.

Het heerlijke grote terras was heel fijn

Er waren veel kleine puntjes die beter hadden gekund: in een appartement voor 4 personen zou het logisch zijn als er ook 4 ontbijtbordjes, koffiekopjes, wijnglazen etc zouden zijn. Ook wat extra handdoeken is geen overbodige luxe. Een opstaand randje bij de douche zou kunnen voorkomen dat de hele badkamer onder water loopt als het douchegordijn even niet goed hangt. Sowieso zou een douchewand fijner/hygiënischer zijn dan een gordijn. Verder is het ook een kleine moeite om in de slaapkamers een extra gordijn op te hangen, zodat de ramen in zijn geheel afgedekt kunnen worden.

The location was great for us. Up a few hills but we were well able. Wouldn't recommend for anyone with mobility issues. Loved that the pool was literally on our doorstep. We had a fairly serious problem that was totally out of anyone's control but the property managers sorted the problem straight away. Loved having a washing machine. Fridge size was perfect.

Would have loved a dishwasher. Kitchen is laid out strange. No drawer for cutlery so it's up high. Not a lot of storage so we stored our food up on a shelf. Shower is a bit of a nightmare with the contents spilling over the side. There's a knack to folding the shower curtain in so the water doesn't flow out. Teenagers didn't get it. Would have liked a sun lounger or two for the patio area. Curtains were see through. Bring a sleeping mask with you. No air-conditioning but we didn't need it as it was March but I'd say in the height of the summer it would be gruelling. There was one fan though.

Excellent views. Facilities excellent. Very clean.

No wifi as advertised. Small improvements needed with flakes of paint on the ceiling in the shower. Damage to kitchen cupboard and table. But don't let this put you off as its lovely property. Top of the hill but a short taxi ride away

The location is brilliant, the view is amazing, modern property, very private.

We went in February and the weather was amazing, we would stay again at this property that time of year but I would not want to stay there in the height of summer as no air conditioning, only saw one fan, and the property needs to have some well fitted black out curtains installed as the present curtains are like voile but they don’t fit the windows, if I stay again I would put some tea towels in my suitcase plus some towels as the towels supplied are not exactly hotel style they are more like from someone’s own house. Plus there is no lift and three flights of stairs so be prepared to drag your suitcases up and down.

Family with two children aged 7 and 8. The apartment is located on a hill in a seedy and poor area of ​​Puerto Rico, no parking at all, to get down to the apartment there are 3 steep flights of stairs, so not for everyone. The second room is 6 square metres, just the bed no more. The apartment was dirty and disgusting, no cleaning done, sofa with a disgusting smell, broken vase that for a moment the children did not cut their hands, a bed totally broken and unusable, internet does not work, cockroaches everywhere, shower that floods the whole house, to cook two old and dirty pans, 3 glasses one different from the other, mattresses stained with urine, cold and dirty swimming pool that we never used. The fridge was broken 😢 . A nightmare! 😔 I strongly advise against staying in this apartment.

Even though there are multiple apartments, we practically had the entire lower area and the pool to ourselves. There was almost never anyone at the pool. The apartment has a washing machine, which wasn't clear from the description or visible in the pictures, so it was a pleasant surprise. The apartments don't have air conditioning, but it's not needed. Once the sun sets, you can open everything up, and it's perfect.

The apartment has few glasses, and not even four of them match. The same goes for the coffee mugs. Some things need to be updated or replaced. However, none of this was problematic enough to spoil our 14-day vacation in any way.
